I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (TX# 69871) and I provide individual, couple, family and group counseling sessions. I practice cognitive behavior therapy which emphasizes helping you to develop coping skills, teach you to develop healthy thought patterns that leads to more positive emotions and behaviors. We will process past traumas in order to develop a better understanding of your current situation. However our main focus will be your present thought patterns, feelings and behaviors.

I have worked over a decade with clients struggling with anxiety, depression and grief to develop a toolbox of strategies to manage daily stressors.

Fees and Availability

Fees: $160 for intake session, and $135 per hour session following.
Insurance: In-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Cigna, and Aetna.
Hours: In-person Monday; Virtual appointments are flexible.
