We offer counseling for a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, grief, trauma, dissociation, and addiction. We offer individual, couples, and group sessions. Our professional staff utilizes a variety of interventions including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Attachment Theory, and Gottman Method for couples.
